These Terms of Service govern your use of loafguard.health and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by KYDO Smart Shopping LLC, 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States. "We", "us", and "LoafGuard" refer to this company.
2. Using the site
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or resell our content without permission.
3. Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Because LoafGuard bags are made in small batches from natural materials, there may be minor variation in colour and texture from bag to bag. This is normal and not a defect.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes, duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Promotional prices and bundle discounts apply only while they are displayed and may end without notice.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment clears and we send you a confirmation email.
5. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if the product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Once an order enters fulfilment we may not be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to.
6. Bonuses and free items
Where we offer a bonus item, digital guide, or gift with a bundle, that bonus is provided as described at the time of purchase. Digital bonuses are delivered by email. Physical bonuses ship with your order. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount.
7. Product care and use
LoafGuard bags are for storing food at room temperature or in the fridge. Do not put them in the microwave, oven, dishwasher, or washing machine, and do not clean them with hot water — heat melts the beeswax coating and ruins the bag. Care instructions are included with every order and on the FAQ page.
We are not responsible for damage caused by use that goes against these instructions.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the LoafGuard name — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without written consent.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it is your own honest experience and you grant us permission to display it on our site and marketing. We may decline or remove submissions that are abusive, false, or unlawful.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law grants you mandatory protections that cannot be set aside by contract, nothing here removes those protections.

We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one published on this page when you place your order.
