Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information KYDO Smart Shopping LLC ("LoafGuard", "we", "us") collects when you visit or buy from loafguard.health, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. When you contact us, we keep the contents of that message so we can help you.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect your IP address, browser type, device type, time zone, referring pages, and how you move through the site. This comes from cookies, log files, and similar technologies.

Payment information. Card details are processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

  • To process and ship your order, and to send order confirmations and tracking
  • To answer your questions and provide support
  • To process returns and refunds
  • To detect and prevent fraud
  • To improve the site and our products
  • To send marketing emails, but only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe from any email

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with parties who help us run the business:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform
  • Payment processors — to take payment securely
  • Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners — to deliver your order
  • Email and analytics providers — to send order updates and understand site usage

We do not sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working properly.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — typically 7 years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Object to or restrict how we use it
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

To exercise any of these, email support@loafguard.health. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.

7. Children

Our products are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take this seriously.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and your information is processed here. If you are ordering from outside the United States, this means your data is transferred to and stored in a country whose data protection laws may differ from your own. We take steps to ensure it stays protected wherever it is handled.

10. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email support@loafguard.health. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Changes
